I just can't rate this shop highly enough. I had to arrange a wreath from my family for my aunt Emma's funeral. What they created was a beautiful tribute to one of the best women I have ever known. Recently visited for the first time. I was very impressed with all aspects of the business. I was visiting on behalf of a friend who was having difficulty finding paint suitable for furniture restoration. The Beverley Flower Company has a very comprehensive selection of paints. The owner is a knowledgeable and friendly lady.
I ordered some flowers for my Mum on mother's day, and mistakenly had the order set to click & collect, which from Scotland would have been a tad tricky to pick up!Not only did they call up to double check with me about this and resolve the issue, they also went out of their way to prepare and deliver the flowers on Mothers Day, when normally they would've been sent the day after!Absolutely flawless customer service, they went above and beyond when they didn't have to.I know where I'll be buying from again, for sure!
